Carolee  Dasher


Dr. Carolee Dasher uses more than 20 years of education and experience in the federal employee benefits arena. She is a certified ChFEBC, Snow Retirement Seminars Instructor as well as a government contractor. Carolee is dedicated to helping those who serve and served our government in honor of generations of family service dating back to the American Revolution making her a “Daughter of the American Revolution“ (DAR).


She received her formal education from Wayne State University, receiving a BSW. Thereafter she attended Ohio Northern Petite College of Law where she received a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Her most recent lifetime achievement is discovering and creating a new financial planning model “Worth Planning” after years of study and addressing the needs of others. Her approach incorporates education of federal employee benefits, active and retired and military employee benefits, active and retired with other programs and entitlements such as social security, Medicare, and other state employee benefits. She educates through a personalized journey of  how to combine and maximize a lifetime of benefit earnings.



Now, she is spending a large part of her time focusing on the launch of her authored military benefits educational program created to help and protect those who have served. Carolee also carries a license in insurance, pursuing a securities license and CEBS certification from Wharton College of Business. She is a writer and has published on many topics concerning federal employee benefits and financial strategies for retirement. Her speaking engagements expand across the nation with many organizations and agencies within the federal government. She has been honored with many awards for her services. Her work involves many agencies including USPS, VA, DOD, FBI, DOA, ATF, FAA, TSA, DOJ, DEA, DHS, NASA, IRS, FBI and all branches of the Armed Forces. She has helped thousands of federal employees with their benefits including active and veteran military service members ensuring they receive earned benefits and entitlements.
