Dale A. Parkes

An Instructor with Snow Federal Seminars - 2013 to Present Mr. Parkes has loved being a Seminar Instructor - helping hundreds of federal employees from many locations and agencies on their journey to a successful and prosperous retirement! He has also successfully received certification as a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant℠ (ChFEBC℠) and now trains classes of those desiring to obtain the designation.

Education on Federal Employee Benefits:

• CSRS, CSRS Offset, FERS and Transferees
• Pre-Retirement, Mid-Career and New Employees
• TSP, FEGLI, FEHB, Social Security
• All Special Provisions including: Air Traffic Controllers, Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement, Reservists, and National Guard

Education: B.S. in Psychology, NOVA Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Some coursework was also taken at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah

Industry Experience:

• Trained personally in all Federal Employee Retirement Benefits by an instructor with over 10 years’ experience in training federal benefits
• Has trained thousands of Federal Employees in many government agencies: FAA, USACE, DOJ, FBI, Navy, Army, DEA, DHS, USDA, ICE, VA

Mr. Parkes has had a diversified career in many aspects of education. As a teacher, trainer, business coach or tour guide, Dale’s love for teaching and informing others is his greatest ability. His personable, energetic, leadership and “big-picture” teaching style has contributed to his long career as a teacher and leader of young adults. He retired from a 13-year teaching career as a Seminary Instructor for the LDS Church Educational System.

Personally Dale, and his wife Christine feel that the successful rearing of their four sons, Michael, David, John, and Aaron Parkes, into brilliant, serving, entrepreneurs and successful citizens – not to mention the thirteen grandchildren their sons and their beautiful wives have brought to the family – is their greatest accomplishment and legacy for the future of the country and the world.

Dale and Christine Parkes currently make amazing Meridian, Idaho (near Boise), their home.
