In over fifteen-year financial planning career, advised and assisted military and federal employee (CSRS and FERS) in developing short and long range, comprehensive


plans to include retirement benefits and financial objective attainment consistent with client goals.


Transition Processes

As result of practical transition mentoring experience, extensive knowledge and Processes background in establishing transition networks, public versus private employment, resume writing, salary negotiation and financial aspects of transition.


Presentation Skills of

Experienced and accomplished public speaker and classroom instructor. In

mentoring and networking efforts, have provided over seventy-five presentations various transition topics to available military and federal civilian groups.


In support of the Department of Defense’s outreach to returning National Guard and Reserve personnel, provided counselling and materials to groups ranging from ten to 1500.


Adjunct Faculty, Old Dominion University teaching courses in Estate Planning and Financial Planning Capstone in support of Certified Financial Planning Certificate and Undergraduate Programs


Private Business Experience

Having been working in private business for over ten years with small businesses which support both the public and private communities. As a result can credibly, speak of needs and perspectives the private business community but also the community that directly supports the federal government.
