Our new trademarked designation Chartered Military Employee Benefits Consultant℠, ChMEBC℠ specifically targets professionals who aspire to assist and support America’s finest and their families. This comprehensive course focuses on military benefits for service members with critical assistance in providing detailed knowledge for service members and their families.

Our mission is to provide navigation through the who, what, when and where’s of forms, rules, and benefits with the complexities surrounding military benefits.

This course goes beyond the basics offering a comprehensive exploration of education, origins and the harmonization of federal uniform and non-uniform service careers. Our goal is to empower and uplift individuals by providing deeper understanding and guidance complementing and supporting existing resources available directly on bases as well as the many services offered off bases.

Much like civil service, there are many rules and procedures for access to benefits. Eligibility criteria vary based on factors such as length of service, type of service (Career, Non-Career, Retired, Reserve, Disabled, Coast Guard, National Guard) deployment history, and discharge status. These criteria differ across branches of the military and can even vary within individual benefit programs.

This course breaks done the challenging formulas used to calculate the many earned benefits for service members and their families. You will learn:

  • Retirement plans for Career Service Members.
  • Disability benefits and concurrent benefits along with an understanding of medical evaluations for service-connected injuries, ratings systems, and much more.
  • Survivor benefits for spouses, children, and other dependents.
  • Combining social security, Medicare, retirement plans and military benefits.

Our course removes any intimidation to the challenges of financial planning with military benefits while providing you with the tools to ensure the highest ethical compliance with financial planning.
